Fees
Our fees are based on the first years compensation package

Guarantees
Our guarantee is structured to provide replacement coverage. These guarantees are not applicable on replacement candidates.
We require to be notified in writing within seven days of the date of separation.

Terms
Payments are due on start dates. Payment within fourteen days of start dates activate guarantees

Note
Our fees apply when any candidate referred by Key Executive Consultants is hired for any position within one year of the initial introduction.
Referral of any of our candidates to a third party obligates the original client for payments of the placement fee.
